located in Highpoint Shopping Mall - Foodcourt. 

They serve very fast, hot and yummy. Plus it's not pricey at all. 

Had a dinner here with Kuya, Ate my, Tim and Pheb.

Taiwan Cafe is just located in Swanston Street near to Melbourne Central Station.
